Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. They govern your access to and use of the website, services, courses, and any transactions with 603 Precision Tactical. By accessing or using this website or booking training, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enroll in courses.
-
Acceptance and Scope
-
These Terms apply to all website visitors, users, clients, and customers who view content, register for courses, purchase services, or otherwise interact with 603 Precision Tactical online or in person.
-
Separate written course contracts, booking agreements, waivers, or facility agreements that you sign for a given class will supplement and, where applicable, supersede these Terms for that event.
-
Eligibility; Prohibited Persons
-
You represent and warrant you are legally permitted to possess firearms under federal and New Hampshire law. Training is not available to persons prohibited by law from possessing firearms.
-
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in adult courses (or at least 21 if stated for particular courses). Minors require a parent/legal guardian present to sign required waivers.
-
Course Registration, Payment & Fees
-
Courses are reserved only after payment of the required deposit and a completed booking form. The deposit amount and balance due are stated at booking.
-
Payment methods accepted: those listed at checkout (credit card, ACH, check, cash where accepted). Credit card processing fees may apply.
-
Facility, travel, and other pass‑through costs may be charged in addition to course fees. These will be disclosed at booking.
-
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No‑Shows
-
Our standard cancellation/rescheduling policy applies unless a written alternative is agreed:
-
Cancellation >21 days before course: deposit retained as administrative fee; remainder refunded if paid.
-
Cancellation 7–21 days before course: 50% of remaining balance refunded; deposit retained.
-
Cancellation <7 days before course or no‑show: no refund. Rescheduling may be permitted once with a fee and subject to availability.
-
-
For private or custom events, specific cancellation terms will be stated in the event contract.
-
Minimums, Overtime & Additional Charges
-
Minimum event fees and instructor minimums may apply for on‑site events. Overtime, travel, lodging, and additional instructor charges will be billed as stated at booking.
-
Waivers, Safety Rules & Removal
-
All participants must sign our Waiver & Release of Liability, safety acknowledgment, and any facility waivers before participating. Failure to sign will bar participation without refund.
-
Participants must follow all safety directives and range commands. Unsafe conduct, intoxication, refusal to comply, or misrepresentation of legal status may result in immediate removal without refund. We may notify law enforcement when required.
-
Prohibited‑Person Declaration & Legal Notice
-
Participants must affirm they are not “prohibited persons” under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922(g)) and applicable state law. Knowingly misrepresenting one’s status is a criminal offense. If we have reasonable concern about eligibility, we may require identification, decline participation, and report suspected illegal activity to authorities.
-
Cancellations by 603 Precision Tactical
-
We may cancel courses for low enrollment, instructor illness, unsafe conditions, or other operational reasons. If we cancel, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of fees paid. We are not responsible for incidental costs (travel, lodging) unless specifically agreed in writing.
-
Intellectual Property
-
All website content, images, course materials, curricula, videos, logos, and training aids are owned or licensed by 603 Precision Tactical and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use these materials commercially without prior written consent.
-
Media, Photos & Promotional Use
-
By participating in courses, you grant 603 Precision Tactical a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to photograph or record you during training and to use such media for marketing, educational, and social media purposes unless you opt out in writing before the event.
-
Equipment, Ammunition & Property
-
Participants are responsible for their firearms and personal gear. We may provide rentals by prior arrangement for an additional fee. You accept financial responsibility for damage to equipment caused by your negligence or misuse.
-
You are also responsible for bringing required safety gear (eye/ear protection) unless rental options are arranged.
-
Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity
-
Firearms training carries inherent risks. By participating you assume all risks and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, 603 Precision Tactical, its owners, instructors, agents, and affiliated parties are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or death arising from participation except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
-
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 603 Precision Tactical from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your acts or omissions or breach of these Terms.
-
Safety, Medical & Emergency Procedures
-
We maintain an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and on‑site medical kits. In an emergency, instructors may obtain medical treatment on your behalf; you are financially responsible for any treatment. You must disclose conditions that could affect safe participation.
-
Refunds, Credits & Transfers
-
Refunds and transfers are governed by the booking agreement and cancellation policy. Credits for rescheduling may be allowed once at the discretion set out at booking. No refunds are provided for partial attendance or early dismissal for safety violations.
-
Privacy & Data
-
Our Privacy Policy (linked on the website) explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. Personal information may be used to verify eligibility, perform background checks where required, and communicate course logistics. By registering, you consent to such uses.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your participation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
-

We may change course offerings, pricing, schedules, and these Terms at any time. Changes to Terms will be effective when posted; your continued use or participation after posting constitutes acceptance. Confirm current terms at booking.
-
Severability
-
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
-
Entire Agreement
-
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Booking & Training Agreement, the Waiver & Release, and any facility/venue agreements constitute the entire agreement between you and 603 Precision Tactical regarding training and site use.
